What is Fractional Ownership?
The country club India introduced the concept of Fractional Ownership of buying a portion of a expensive asset has been around for quite some time. A percentage share of the luxury asset is divided amongst the owners. As a fractional owner the member can enjoy the priorities and privileges, such as using the property as his/her holiday destination which his asset increases in value. Typically the property management is done by the developer for which a yearly fee is paid. In lay mans terms Fractional Ownership is broken down to a group of people pooling their resources together to buy an otherwise expensive product. However with Country Club India a person buys only his share of the fraction and does not need to worry about the group, any unsold fractions will be part of Country Club India’s unsold inventory. The buyer has a direct relationship with Country Club India’s (and not the group) and all his deliveries will be met by Country Club India Ltd.
